Tahoe Rental Terms & Conditions

Payment:

• 50% deposit to reserve the unit, 50 % due 30 days prior to check-in.
• Payments made by check.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations 90 to 30 days prior to reservation date, there is a $25 per night fee. If the unit is rented for your cancelled dates, the $25 per night will be refunded.

There are no refunds less than 30 days from your reservations date.

Resort Policies:

• Check-in 4:00 PM and Check-out 10:00 AM
• A one time cleaning fee of $65 will be charged at check out.
• Daily maid service is available at an additional charge.
• Check-in requires a major credit card to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay such as long distance calls, spa services, cleaning fee or daily maid service.
